State Liaison Contacts

NCDB State Liaison Service Areas

NCDB Network Liaisons:

• Serve as a primary contact person for assigned states, and as such, promote networking and resource sharing among other state deaf-blind project personnel and other partner organizations.
• Offer guidance and informal TA and identify resources that can assist with problem-solving in support of state efforts to build local capacity.
• Identify and facilitate connection among state projects across areas of common interest and/or issues, including state level implementation of work associated with the new initiatives.
