New Article: USM Transfer Student Overcomes Disabilities, Pursuing Dreams with Support from MS Hearing-Vision Project
We want to share the inspiring story of Wilicia Kelly McClendon. Through her determination to succeed, Wilicia has overcome obstacles to enroll at The University of Southern Mississippi (USM). At USM, she plans to pursue a BS Degree in child development and after graduation, open her own daycare to work with deaf-blind children. Wilicia is supported on her journey by her parents and the federally supported Mississippi Hearing-Vision Project.
