Exploration Phase

The goal of the Exploration Phase is to gather information about the needs of the child and how well his or her educational program, learning environments, and service providers are meeting those needs. (1) This phase is also a time to begin to build relationships with team members, assess their readiness to engage in TA and implement effective practices, and identify specific practices for team members to implement.
