Emma Fricke

Prior to joining NCDB, Emma Fricke worked for five years as a project director in the areas of deaf-blindness and early intervention at the University of Vermont’s Center on Disability and Community Inclusion. In addition, she has taught undergraduate and graduate coursework at the University of Vermont and Hunter College.
