The NCDB 2021 Impact Report

The National Center on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB) partners with 48 state/multi-state deaf-blind projects (SDBPs) and a network of national organizations to improve services and systems for children and young adults in the U.S. and its territories who are deaf-blind. Each year, we ask for input on this work and use the feedback to build on our strengths, address concerns, and inform and guide future activities that better promote the use of best practices for serving children and young adults who are deaf-blind.

We are excited to share the NCDB 2021 Impact Report with our partners, families, and others with an interest in deaf-blindness. The report summarizes data collection methods and describes how collaborative efforts with our partners led to significant progress and accomplishments.
